Anyway, this isn't about me.
It's about my bloodline.

The Kazume family isn't just any family, y'know.
I was young when I was around my family, so I wasn't really sure what they meant, but I dug around a bit and found some stuff.

We were apparently...savages of some sort.
We had a large lust of blood,
yet we often controlled it and lived among the world just like anyone else.
I think it was a...werewolf sort of thing.

I always thought the lust for blood was vampiric.
Guess not.
The ears and tail should've given it away for me, but I guess I was too stupid to notice.

Well, now you know that we're somewhat werewolfish. :D Aren't you glad? I guess it's time to explain the ol' family. I'm still a bit spacey about the family myself, but I'll tell you what I know.

The Kazume family has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. We were here when the first colonies were settled in America, and here we still stand. We're a bit...smaller now. We used to come in large numbers. Our pack was a number of around fifty strong. Now it's just me...unless Aya's sill around...

We don't age that quickly. As soon as we get around to the twenties, we stop aging at a normal rate. We still count by the same years that humans do, but we age in fives. (For example, I turn 20 on May 9th, 2010. On May 9th, 2015, I will be 21. I'll say that I'm 25 though.)


We fed mostly on wild animals. Deer, moose, caribou...so on. When the humans came around, we started feeding on their horses and cattle. They believed that these killings were just of wolves, but they never knew.


It's said that a great ancestor of mine, I think his name was Saden, had magical powers. Even though he couldn't break our four-legged curse, he found a way to make us look somewhat human. His flaw? Yeah. The ears and tail. I don't mind them though.

So, we have our human form...what about the bloodlust? Yeah. We still have it. Funfun. But we worked really hard on restraining ourselves and we did pretty well. We always have our random outbursts and cravings. They happen at random. Usually once or twice every three months....it's best to stay out of the way of a transforming werewolf. By werewolf, I don't mean a cute and fuzzy Jacob Black either...:x Do I get this urges? Yeah. If you have the urge, you transform into a werewolf...duh.

A Kazume werewolf is usually much larger than a usual wolf. They have a really thick and furry coat which is colored with a mixture of black, white, and a rusty orange. The paw pads alternate. Each paw has at least one black, one white, and one rust pad. A Kazume werewolf also has two black stripes running along its back. Pretty simple right? :)

- Jay asked where we specifically came from, which is the one thing I forgot, haha. We came from way up in northern Canada where it's really really cold. I guess thats why I love the cold? ^^;
